• ARBOR VIEW -- Girls swimmer Jordanne Steinberg was first in the 500-yard freestyle in a meet with Spring Valley.

• BONANZA -- Baseball player Kris Bryant homered in four consecutive games, going 7-for-12 with 11 RBIs. Girls track athlete Alice Pitts won the high jump with a leap of 5 feet, 2 inches in a meet with Faith Lutheran and Canyon Springs.

• CALVARY CHAPEL -- Boys track athlete Tony Pfeifer won the 800-meter run with a school-record time of 2 minutes, 10.2 seconds in a meet with Durango, Sierra Vista and Bonanza. Girls track athlete Amber Smith was first in the 800 against Bonanza, Sierra Vista and Durango with a time of 2:44.1.

• CENTENNIAL -- Softball player Johnna Brown was 5-for-6 with three home runs, two doubles and 10 RBIs in two games.

• CHEYENNE -- Girls track athlete Sharonte Marshall won the 200 dash in a time of 26 seconds in a meet with Shadow Ridge, Canyon Springs and Indian Springs. Baseball player Jacob Hoff was 7-for-13 with six runs and three doubles in three games.

• CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Boys track athlete Anthony Tutino posted a personal best of 2:06.6 in the 800 in a meet with Western. Girls swimmer Sarah Guerrero dropped 20 seconds off her 500 freestyle time in a meet with Coronado.

• CORONADO -- Girls softball player Bianca Query was 4-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs in a 9-0 win over Basic. Baseball player Ryan McIntyre was 6-for-12 with three home runs and five RBIs in three games.

• DURANGO -- Softball player D.J. Richardson was 4-for-4 with a home run, three triples and three runs in a 6-2 win over Spring Valley. Boys swimmer Michael Torres won the 200 individual medley and the 100 butterfly in a meet against Shadow Ridge.

• ELDORADO -- Girls swimmer Melissa Peterson was first in the 100 butterfly and 500 freestyle against Desert Pines. Boys swimmer Tanner Grossman placed first in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle against Desert Pines.

• FAITH LUTHERAN -- Girls track athlete Jessica Nelson was third at the Richard Lewis Invitational with a school-record pole vault of 8 feet.

• GREEN VALLEY -- Boys swimmer Robert Hommel won the 100 butterfly and 500 freestyle in a meet against Silverado. Girls track athlete Aja Flippen won the long jump with a leap of 15 feet, 6 inches in a meet with Silverado, Bishop Gorman and Laughlin.

• LAS VEGAS -- Baseball player Bryce Harper totaled three home runs in three games and improved his season average to .492. Girls track athlete Sarisha Flowers posted a time of 12.9 seconds in the 100.

• THE MEADOWS -- Baseball pitcher Mike Wallace threw a five-hitter with eight strikeouts in a 6-2 win over West Wendover.

• MOUNTAIN VIEW -- Baseball player Ryan Jarzombek was 4-for-7 with a double, a triple, four RBIs and three runs in a doubleheader split with Lincoln County. Softball player Randall Van Kempen was 5-for-9 with a double and five RBIs in a sweep of Calvary Chapel.

• PALO VERDE -- Girls swimmer Alexis Mayhall was first in the 200 freestyle in 2 minutes, 2.72 seconds and second in the 50 freestyle against Sierra Vista. Boys swimmer Brandon Sorkin was first in the 100 butterfly in 1:02.9 and also swam on the winning 200 medley relay team against Sierra Vista.

• RANCHO -- Baseball pitcher Paul Deaver threw a complete game, allowing no earned runs and striking out seven, in a 7-1 win over Eldorado.

• SIERRA VISTA -- Softball player Ashley Krumme batted .333 with a triple and three RBIs in three games. Boys golfer Jacob Pinney shot 9-over-par 81 in a Southwest Division match at Rhodes Ranch.

• SILVERADO -- Softball player Amanda Buchholz had two RBIs and a run scored in a 10-3 win over Liberty. Boys golfer Zach Lasko shot 83 in a Southeast Division meet.
