Long Shot - Benezit
Race 2 - 5 furlongs (turf, rail at 14 feet), Purse $57,000, Optional claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Speedin Excess - Sharp win last time in similar conditions; should see plenty of pace to chase, be along in time.
Via Veneto - Figures to be the speed of the speed; key will be the turf rail out 14 feet to aide her cause.
Long Shot - Vegas Wedding
Race 3 - 1 mile, Purse $35,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Dave's Revenge - Won as easily as you'll see a $16K claimer win; claimed by Peter Miller, more left in the tank.
Saintly Revenge - Claimed by Jeff Mullins off a sharp win; it's never easy winning three races in a row at any level.
Long Shot - Voodoo's Vision
Race 4 - 6 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Kiss the Cooke - Third start off a 5-month hiatus; nice win from post 10 in last, figures to hold her good form.
Steppin Out Rose - Dead late closer should see plenty of cheap speed in here; Joe Talamo sits a trip and fires late.
Long Shot - Bewitching Gem

I.B. Stormin - Been away 8-months, showed talent before retiring; big class drop, fresh, fit and dangerous.

Stash - Chance to be the speed of the speed; Mike Smith had multiple choices, opted to ride for Bruce Headley.

Winter Canyon - Favored in debut, ran like a green colt, slow early, fast late; Richard Mandella using the bugboy.

Becrux - John Sadler scratched him for this; good second to Colonel John who would be heavily favored here.
Monterey Jazz - Speedball has yet to win a race at Del Mar; turn back to a mile is good, it's his best distance.

Miss Georgie Girl - Kin to Georgie Boy got an education in debut; figures to be much tighter in start two.
