Heroi Do Bafra - Perfect trip second last time facing a harder field; this is the weakest he's ever faced.
Stormin Away - Jeff Mullins waves the red flag on this guy; he's favored and has the most back class.
Long Shot - Macduff
Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, Fillies, 2-year-olds
Play Nine - Big class drop off a decent effort for $75k in last; there's not much to beat in this group.
Rev Her Up - Have every right to believe she'll improve in second start; flattered when Kickin Kongo won.
Long Shot - South of France
Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $11,000, Claiming $12,500, 3-year-olds and up
Twin Turbo - Didn't get going until too late in last; Gomez remains loyal which is a very positive sign.
Specific Rule - Just missed last time off a 26-month sabbatical; key will be if he bounces in today's start.
Long Shot - Bullya
Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $38,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Wild Fleece - Solid second in last, is the one to beat tonight; Bejarano and Gomez ride most of the favorites.
Sweet October - Good tactical speed to sit a trip under Jon Court; Lewis Cenicola adding blinkers on.
Long Shot - Feel Free to Flee

Sure Thing Eva - Got a good test drive in last off a 9-month hiatus; switch to Gomez signals intent.
Wineshine - This is a class drop despite the price tag rise from $12,500 to $10k; key is been away 8-months.
Long Shot - Cavanaugh
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $21,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Fillies, 2-year-olds
Casual Encounter - Wide trip from post 10 in last; should get a better trip, enough to get over the hump.
Bettyboomboom - Even performance in career debut; expect improvement as she slips down the claiming ladder.
