Post Time 12:30 p.m.
Race 1 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, 4-year-olds and up
Good Request - Frankel favorite adding blinkers on; Bejarano had multiple choices, ends up on this colt.
Bullsbay - Gomez taking over for Bejarano on this colt; dead late closer has lost two excruciating photos.
Long Shot - Orientation Hall
Race 2 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $17,000, Claiming $12,500, 4-year-olds and up Six Again - Big switch to Joe Talamo after a couple tough losses; believe me, the rider does make a difference.
Cousins Lew - Claimed by Spawr and dropped in class; that's a red flag for some, but not for Spawr.
Long Shot - City Stormer
Race 3 - 6 furlongs, Purse $52,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, Fillies, 3-year-olds Yogi'ssplashofgold - Ward filly ran a lot better than it looked in the Sunshine Millions; he takes the blinkers off.
Gambler's Justice - Game win for the filly last time, but she's capable of going faster; could be Spawr-Mig again.
Long Shot - Billie Bob
Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Claiming $20,000, Fillies, 4-year-olds Shawklit Sundae - Speedball figures to clear this field today under Gryder; should not worry about being coy.
Brought It - Was flattered when Warren's Adventure won next time out; she's capable of sitting a nice trip.
Long Shot - Too Phar
Race 5 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds
Great Siege - Got some exercise in debut, now should run for real; saves all the ground inside for Bejarano.
Art House - Is training well for Sadler for his turf debut; Gomez stays loyal, bred well enough to like the grass.V Long Shot - Winning Yield
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $17,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Sexy Soldier - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; like that Gomez takes the call.
Schaghticoke Hill - Marlow adds blinkers on for more focus; her race two back is fast enough to trouble these.
Long Shot - Soaring Lauren
Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $26,000, Starter allowance $40,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Justice Is Brief - Don't like the inside post, but she could be sitting on a good one; will need some room late.
Jak Sie Macz - Another turning back in distance for the hillside turf course; was finishing well last time out.
Long Shot - Regal Redemption
Race 8 - 6 furlongs, Purse $44,000, Claiming $50,000, 4-year-olds and up Wheaton Hall - Did everything but win last time in an excruciating defeat; Sadler aggressively bumps him up in class.
Gray Black N White - Solid class rise by Canani off two straight wins; tactical speed to get involved from the get go.
Long Shot - Sorcerers Spell
Race 9 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), $75,000 Daytona Handicap, 4-year-olds and up
Battle Won - Got a confidence boost winning down the hill last time; he's slowed a step, but still very competitive. Cheroot - Like the turn back in distance from turf routes for this; note he has a solid turf resume for 15/1 odds.
Long Shot - Night Chapter
Race 10 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Madame Kiawah - Dead late closer gets more ground to work with today; should be flying inside the final furlong.
Stormy Taters - Speedball was claimed by the Hess barn that is warming up; hope that the wiseguys avoid Chantal.
Long Shot - After the Storm
Best Bet - Yogi'ssplashofgold (race 3)
