August 15, 2013 - 10:20 pm
Left wing Adam Huxley will return to the Wranglers this season as a player-assistant coach. An enforcer who has spent four of his nine ECHL seasons with Las Vegas, Huxley has the franchise record for most penalty minutes in a season (294 in 2004-05) and career (709).
Also, former Wranglers defenseman Aaron Power has been named an assistant coach, and center Chad Nehring agreed to terms with the team. A Lake Superior State product, Nehring had 33 goals and 24 assists last season for the Central Hockey League’s Arizona Sundogs.
