INTERNET ONLY: Centennial comes back to upend Shadow Ridge in boys volleyball

Spencer Olsen had 28 kills Tuesday to help Centennial's boys volleyball team rally for an 18-25, 17-25, 25-18, 25-22, 15-10 win at defending state champion Shadow Ridge on Tuesday.

Drew Staker added 10 kills, and Jeff Mecham had 50 assists for the Bulldogs.

Ryan Nolan had 14 kills for the Mustangs, Kyle Connor added 13 kills, and Jeff Elmer had 12 digs.

• Mojave 3, Legacy 2-- At Legacy, Tony Vaz had 12 kills, 26 assists and three aces and Alex Montgomery recorded 22 kills and four aces to help the Rattlers beat the Longhorns, 25-13, 18-25, 25-16, 24-26, 15-12.

Nick Curry added eight kills and seven aces for Mojave.

Steven Leavitt tallied 16 assists and Irwin Dizon had nine blocks for Legacy.

• Basic 3, Green Valley 2 -- At Basic, Daniel Bowman had 15 kills and Jensen Lavallee 13 to lead the Wolves to a 24-26, 25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 15-11 win over the Gators.

Anthony Gambone added 25 assists for Basic.

Cameron Olsen led Green Valley with 15 kills, and Taylor Mitchell had 28 assists for the Gators.

• Silverado 3, Tech 0 -- At Silverado, Nick McArthur-Reynolds had 21 assists and six aces and Trevik Jenkins added 11 kills as the Skyhawks beat the Roadrunners, 25-18, 25-10, 25-17.

Mike Mark added eight kills for Silverado.

Antonio Garcia led Tech with seven kills and five blocks.

• Palo Verde 3, Arbor View 0 -- At Arbor View, Adam Newman had 28 assists and Tyler Capko had 13 kills and seven aces to lead the Panthers over the Aggies, 25-18, 25-17, 25-17.

Connor Metcalf added six kills and three aces for Palo Verde.

Matt Ward led Arbor View with 15 assists. Zac Reese and Michael Cable added seven and six kills, respectively.

• Del Sol 3, Liberty 0 -- At Del Sol, Bryan Grenier had eight kills, eight assists and eight aces as the Dragons beat the Patriots, 25-12, 25-9, 25-14.

Evan Fast added seven kills and two blocks for Del Sol.

• Cimarron-Memorial 3, Cheyenne 0 -- At Cheyenne, Taylor Sorenson had 22 assists and four aces as the Spartans defeated the Desert Shields, 25-21, 25-10, 25-14.

Anthony Rainford added 12 digs for Cimarron.

• Coronado 3, Foothill 0 -- At Coronado, Jace Stoker had five kills to help the Cougars to a 25-20, 25-9, 25-15 win over Foothill.

Jesse Houchens added four kills and a block for Coronado.

T.K. Golsten had five blocks for the Falcons. F.J. Funtilla added four blocks and three kills.
