INTERNET ONLY: REYNADA CARRIES WESTERN TO FIRST VOLLEYBALL VICTORY

Erica Reynada had four kills and 11 digs Tuesday to help Western rally for its first girls volleyball win of the year, a 12-25, 25-17, 19-25, 25-22, 17-15 home victory over Clark.

Shelly Black had five kills and four blocks, and Michelle Simon added five kills for the Warriors.

At Bishop Gorman, Sierra Vista's Jessica Mojica had 38 assists, and Brianna Tolliver added seven kills and six aces as the Lions beat the Gaels, 25-20, 26-24, 25-27, 25-14.

Gorman's Liz Manthei had 27 assists, four blocks and two kills, and Dannielle Diamant had 14 kills and three blocks.

At Durango, Markie Malone had 34 assists and Jordan Nitz added 17 digs and nine kills as the Trailblazers topped Spring Valley, 25-9, 25-7, 25-12.

At Eldorado, Sarah Concannon had 21 assists and Shannon Walling added seven kills and five aces to carry Chaparral past the Sundevils, 25-22, 25-17, 25-19.

Eldorado's Sara Childs had four aces and four kills, and Melissa Peterson had six kills and three blocks.

At Las Vegas, Chenoa Rossi-Childress supplied 13 kills, 10 digs, eight blocks and five aces as the Wildcats beat Canyon Springs, 25-11, 25-14, 23-25, 25-13.

Deanna Clark added 17 digs, six aces and five kills, and Danica Pickett had nine aces and 13 digs for Las Vegas.

Kaloku Kahalepo had 12 kills for Canyon Springs, and Charna Mokaio added 30 assists.

At Rancho, Saige Diller had 30 assists and Maria Palacios added 25 digs to lead the Rams over Desert Pines, 25-22, 25-20, 25-20.

The Jaguars' Nikki LaGesse had 10 assists.

At Overton, Blythe Thompson had 14 kills and Kasi DelGadillo six, and Shelby Thompson served six aces as Moapa Valley beat Boulder City, 25-23, 25-18, 25-19.

At Faith Lutheran, Tracey Anderson recorded 25 assists and Megan Murphy had six kills and seven digs as the Crusaders beat Virgin Valley, 25-21, 25-12, 25-12.

Katy Trollier added five kills and six digs for Faith Lutheran.
