INTERNET ONLY: Valley tops Chaparral in boys volleyball

Jimmy Videaux had 27 assists and six kills Friday as Valley's boys volleyball team defeated Chaparral 25-19, 23-25, 25-15, 25-17 in a home match.
Alonzo Blount added 15 kills and David Michaels eight for Valley.
Carlos Chandia had 10 assists, LeAndrew Dunbar nine kills and Miguel Laguna five blocks for Chaparral.
• Canyon Springs 3, Rancho 1 -- At Canyon Springs, Nate Lewis had 14 kills and eight digs to lead the Pioneers to a 25-21, 22-25, 25-23, 25-23 win over Rancho.
Ray Esteves had 50 assists and five blocks for Canyon Springs, and teammate Kapahu Kahalepo had 15 kills.
Antonio Boucher had 12 kills and six blocks for the Rams.
• Desert Pines 3, Eldorado 0 -- At Eldorado, Paul Burns had 10 aces and 10 kills and Albert Villanueva eight kills to lead Desert Pines over the Sundevils 25-13, 25-14, 25-14.
Corey Harris three blocks and Jesse Whinery two for Eldorado.
• Bonanza 3, Bishop Gorman 0 -- At Gorman, Jordan Leavitt had 14 kills, four blocks and four digs to lead Bonanza to a 25-16, 25-15, 25-22 win over the Gaels.
Andrew Whiting added 10 kills and Jake Thuet nine digs and two aces for the Bengals.
• Durango 3, Clark 0 -- At Durango, Darren Torrie had 25 assists and six kills to help the Trailblazers to a 25-18, 25-20, 29-27 victory over the Chargers.
Frank Keil added 17 kills and Velmin Husic six kills and two blocks for Durango.
