Pete Thomas threw for 233 yards and three touchdowns as host Colorado State ended a 10-game conference losing streak with a 43-10 victory over UNLV today.
UNR and Fresno State continue to talk with Western Athletic Conference officials about their defection to the Mountain West Conference. The WAC argues that both schools didn’t notify the conference in time and must stay through the 2011-12 academic year. The WAC also says each school owes a $5 million exit fee.
