A person died in a crash involving a motorcycle, sports utility vehicle and a commercial motor vehicle near the Strip Friday night, NHP said.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. near the corner of West Bonanza Road and North City Parkway.
Police said the arrest came after an investigation at an elementary school in the northeast valley.
