Mike Eise won the $1,500 buy-in no-limit hold'em event early this morning at the Rio, outlasting the field of 2,638 to win a World Series of Poker gold bracelet.

The married father of three collected $639,331 for first place.

Eise is a member of a St. Louis-area dues-paying poker club called Wanna' Be Poker Series. Small club tournaments held during the year determine which members are flown to Las Vegas to play in the World Series of Poker.
