Aliante return visit leads to home purchase

A return visit to the Aliante master-planned community by the Mayol family led to their final decision to live there.

"We first looked at Aliante about five years ago when we moved to Las Vegas, but we did not buy at that time," Marcelo Mayol said.

"Then a year ago, we heard about a special being offered on a new home here. We came out again and saw so much going on, including all the new retail stores and other development. At that point, we knew we wanted to become part of this community."

The Mayols and their two young daughters selected a home at Lennar's Bel Etage neighborhood, which is now sold out. The family is pleased with how the Aliante trail system connects their neighborhood with nearby Aviary Park.

"We never had that kind of convenience before in any of our former neighborhoods," Annie Mayol said. "Our girls can walk to the park together, because it is such a short distance away."

The family also makes frequent visits to Aliante's 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, which hosts various free events throughout the year, such as movies, concerts, pet adoptions and a circus show.

Marcelo Mayol agreed with his wife's assessment of living in Aliante.

"We were well-settled into our old house, but the value we found here, combined with all the community amenities, made it irresistible for us," Marcelo Mayol said. "It is really a complete community now, with lots of conveniences that families enjoy having close to home."
