‘Amelia’s Long Journey’ discussed tonight

“Amelia’s Long Journey,” a collection of columns I wrote about my daughter as she endured her cancer treatment, goes public at 7 p.m. at the Flamingo Library as part of the Vegas Valley Book Festival.

There will be a short speech and discussion, but the best part is Amelia will be there to sign copies of the book. Proceeds from the sales benefit four local childhood cancer charities.
