American West opens subdivision

Today, American West is celebrating the grand opening of its newest collection of homes in the Silverado Summit neighborhood in Silverado Ranch.

"And once again, you will find our fine quality craftsmanship in every detail. Silverado Summit represents a new generation of home designs at an incredible price starting as low as $74 a square foot," said Larry Canarelli, company founder.

The subdivision offers two- and three-story new homes ranging from 2,122 to 3,990 square feet. Homes have as many as five bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchens, game rooms, spa showers and optional second master suites, depending on the floor plan and options chosen. Homes start at $236,500.

"As a builder, we understand that the kitchen is the heart of the home and where families spend most of their time. Our gourmet kitchens feature oversized dining islands to accommodate growing families," Canarelli said.

At 3,990 square feet, the Everest floor plan is the largest home available. A three-story home with a three-car garage, it has four bedrooms and two full baths with a storage closet on the third floor. There is also an option for a third bath, great room, gourmet kitchen, family, powder and laundry rooms and front balcony on the floor. A game room and walk-in storage is on the first floor. There is an option to add a guest suite and bath on that story.

The two-story Rushmore floor plan includes 3,019 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, formal living and dining rooms, laundry room off the garage and an upstairs game room. Options include a fifth bedroom and/or a large guest suite with bath instead.

The 2,927-square-foot Sierra floor plan is a five-bedroom, 2½-bath, two-story home, featuring living, family and dining rooms off the kitchen. The home has a laundry room with a closet off the garage and walk-in closets in the master suite. Options include a game room or an extra bath.

The two-story Olympus floor plan measures 2,689 square feet and has four bedrooms, 2½ baths, downstairs master suite, formal living, dining and family room, a walk-in storage closet and an upstairs game room. Options include a second master suite with walk-in closets.

The 2,122-square-foot Shasta floor plans looks like a single-story home but has second level. It features three bedrooms, 2½ baths, formal living, dining and family rooms; front porch and a walk-in storage closet. The master suite is on the first floor, while two bedrooms are on the second floor.
