Augusta Canyon home lots released for sale

Southern Highlands Realty, the exclusive representative for The Estates, recently released several custom-home lots in Augusta Canyon, the newest custom-home community within Southern Highlands.

The lots offer estate living in a guard-gated community, priced from the $600,000s. The lots range in size from one-half- to three-quarter-acre and are adjacent to one of Southern Highlands' parks.

Augusta Canyon, a private golf and hillside community, is one of several custom-estate lot neighborhoods within Southern Highlands, which was recently ranked 15th Best Residential Golf Course Community by Golfweek. Golf Digest Index also honored Southern Highlands for having what it called the No. 1 clubhouse in America.

For a limited time and subject to club approval, full membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club will accompany the purchase of a custom estate lot at Augusta Canyon, said Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty. Issued on an invitation-only basis, membership in the Southern Highlands Golf Club also extends to Spa Southern Highlands, he said.
