Augusta Canyon releases custom-estate lots in Southern Highlands
Southern Highlands Realty is promoting a new release of custom-home lots in Augusta Canyon, the newest custom-home development within the Southern Highlands master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
A select number of lots are available in the guard-gated development. All lots range from one-half to one acre and are priced from the $600,000s.
Augusta Canyon, a private golf and hillside development, is one of several custom-estate lot neighborhoods.
Southern Highlands Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr., is an exclusive club.
A buyer's purchase includes an invitation to join the private Southern Highlands Golf Club. This membership (subject to approval) entitles residents to the luxuries of the Southern Highlands Clubhouse and extends to Spa Southern Highlands, according to Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty.
