Avante Homes offers prepaid closing costs, other incentives at Mesa Verde

Avante Homes is offering home buyers special pricing, prepaid closing costs, a full appliance package and complimentary mortgage qualification during today's sales event at Mesa Verde neighborhood in Henderson, according to Dean Welsh, Avante Homes vice president of new home sales.

"If you've been waiting and sitting on the sidelines to buy a house, this is the best possible time for you to visit Mesa Verde and to take advantage of our special pricing," Welsh said. "The prices on six selected homes have been reduced more than 20 percent this weekend. This weekend, we're selling our single-family, detached houses at Mesa Verde for $179,500 to $215,000, which is an incredible buy considering the other incentives that Avante is also offering. However, only six homes are available for this sale, so now really is the time."

The appliance package includes a washer, dryer and refrigerator as well as a dishwasher and oven.

Also, home shoppers can visit the two-story neighborhood and have an opportunity to meet with the builder's preferred lender to become prequalified for a mortgage.

Among the programs available to qualified borrowers is a zero-down Federal Housing Administration loan at "historic low" interest rates, Welsh said.

A bilingual lender representative and a sales agent will be able to assist Spanish-speaking buyers, Welsh said.

"For buyers who meet eligibility requirements of that zero-down loan, they can buy a home at Mesa Verde with no money down and also take advantage of our special pricing and Avante's offer to pay for the closing costs," he said.

Four floor plans are available. They measure from 1,181 to 1,540 square feet and offer two or three bedrooms as well as 21/2 baths.
