Beazer to hold barbecue in eight new Las Vegas neighborhoods

Beazer Homes will hold an old-fashioned barbecue today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in eight of its Las Vegas new home neighborhoods. The special event will celebrate the builder's special pricing for Aug. 10-12, said sales agent Julia Shinn.

The barbecues will take place in the neighborhoods of Ventana, Rosabella and Mesa at Weston Hills; Westwind, Prima Bella and Northstar in the valley's northwest; and Burson Ranch neighborhoods and The Enclave at Burson Ranch in Pahrump.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, Ventana at Weston Hills is a collection of one- and two-story homes, ranging from 1,472 to 1,880 square feet. The one-story Nicola offers three to four bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage.

Measuring 1,472 square feet, the design features an island kitchen overlooking the family great room, in addition to a separate study/dining room area. An optional covered patio and fourth bedroom are available, per plan.

Weston Hills is a planned community with tennis and basketball courts, skate park, water play area, shaded armadas and picnic areas. The Rosabella and Mesa neighborhoods offer home designs from 1,792 to 3,253 square feet. Pricing begins from the low $300,000s.

In the northwest portion of the valley, Westwind Estates offers three floor plans from 1,875 to 2,749 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Priced from the $270,000s, the homes offer custom options such as coffered ceilings in the master suite and three- or four-car garage with closed storage.

Adjacent to Westwind, Prima Bella features floor plans on a 6,000-square-foot home sites. Ranging from 1,798 to 3,125 square feet, the homes include three to six bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths.

The neighborhood of Northstar includes three floor plans ranging from 2,558 to 3,294 square feet. An island kitchen with upgraded cabinetry adjacent to the family room centers each design. Priced from the low $300,000s, these homes offer from four to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 to four baths and three-car garages. Each includes a custom paver-stone driveway as a standard feature.

Priced from the low- to mid-$200,000s, Burson Ranch and The Enclave at Burson Ranch feature many lots exceeding 8,000 square feet. Burson Ranch offers four floor plans of one- and two-story design with up to four bedrooms and three baths.

Ranging from 1,625 to 2,749 square feet, some home plans include a covered front porch, game room and loft. While a two-car garage is standard, every floor plan can be built with a three-car garage with air-conditioned storage, or a four-car garage.

The Enclave at Burson Ranch is a collection of 110 home sites. The all single-story designs measure from 2,357 to 2,995 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths.

Each plan includes a three-car tandem garage, with one layout featuring a three-car split garage. Structural variations may include bonus room, media room, courtyard and enclosed study and game room.
