Bernie Sanders will be in Las Vegas on Monday

Democratic presidential candidate and U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders began a two-day swing through Nevada by spending Sunday afternoon in Reno, holding an invitation-only roundtable with union leaders and later a public "Town Meeting" at the Reno Ballroom.

Events continue today in Las Vegas, where Sanders will hold an invitation-only Roundtable with Veterans in the afternoon and a 6:30 p.m. public event called Future to Believe In Event with Bernie Sanders.

The free public event will take place at Canyon Springs High School, 350 E Alexander Road, in North Las Vegas. Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is first-come, first served.
