Builder extends Luxury for Less

Dunhill Homes has extended its Luxury for Less sales event at its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village communities.

Through Sept. 30, new homebuyers at both communities can receive as much as $17,500 in incentives.

Both communities feature championship golf courses, upscale community centers and guard-gated entrances.

"Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village are well-known for their luxury offerings," said DeAnna Forsyth-Saycich, sales agent.

Rhodes Ranch, located in southwestern Las Vegas, and Tuscany Village, located in Henderson, offer residents 35,000-square-foot recreation centers with indoor and outdoor activities, community events and social activities.

"It is country club living without the price tag," Forsyth-Saycich said. "There are no other communities in Southern Nevada that offer so many amenities for such a reasonable price. You can golf, swim, play tennis, meet up with your friends or spend the day at the water park. All within your own neighborhood, it truly is luxury for less."

Among Dunhill Homes' floor plans available in Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch is the Geneva 3012.

This two-story residence offers 3,012 square feet of living space, as many as six bedrooms and five baths. The flexible design can be built with a three-car garage, a first-floor office or bedroom with a full bath and a wet-bar in the second-floor game room.

"This is one of our most popular homes and one of 12 new floor plans that were introduced earlier this year," Forsyth-Saycich said. "With prices starting at just $184,990 in Rhodes Ranch and just $129,990 in Tuscany Village, there has never been a better time to buy a new Dunhill home."

All Dunhill Homes are certified by Energy Star and NV Energy's Energy Plus program.

All new homes include energy-efficient appliances, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual-pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows.

The financial incentive can be used toward options, upgrades and closing costs.

Dunhill Homes includes many standard features that are normally upgrades in other new-home communities.

Granite countertops, beech wood cabinetry and gourmet cooking islands are all standard features at Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village.

Most also include Dunhill Homes' oversized garages and signature valet, a place residents can sit and take off their shoes, store mail, hang keys, hang coats and store items they need when they arrive or depart their homes.

"With those items already included, you can put your Luxury for Less money toward options like a covered patio, fireplace or even a double built-in oven in your kitchen," Forsyth-Saycich said.
