Century Communities seeks to sell finished homes by Nov. 15
Century Communities is having a “Sale of the Century” at its communities in Las Vegas and Henderson. This weekend, the sale offers thousands in savings toward upgrades, closing costs and special financing options for move-in ready homes.
“We have a few dozen move-in-ready homes at Rhodes Ranch and Westmont in southwest Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson,” said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Century Communities’ Southern Nevada division. “There are many options to choose from, and we are motivated to sell them all by Nov. 15, so we are offering more savings than we ever have before.”
The “Sale of the Century” applies to move-in ready homes at all three communities and offers a combination of savings that can total $20,000 or more.
Soucie said the builder’s lender is offering special financing. “This special financing is perfect for those who want to stay within a certain budget for their monthly mortgage payments. In many cases, you could spend about the same you are paying in rent every month, and invest in your own home instead of someone else’s.”
Prospective homebuyers can stop by any Century community in Southern Nevada to find out more about available move-in-ready homes and their estimated monthly payments.
One example is a 2,229-square foot home in Rhodes Ranch. The home includes four bedrooms, 3½ baths and a first-floor guest suite.
