Couple happy at Findlay
Spencer and Dana Johnson gave themselves a present in the form of a 2012 Cadillac CTS leased from Findlay Cadillac in the Valley Automall.
"It was time for us to get a new car and I spent hours researching the Cadillac on the Internet," said Dana Johnson, who has been married to her husband for 36 years. "We went to the dealership, took the test drive and were out in only four hours. It was very painless . Never in my life have I ever experienced such a smooth car deal. I shopped on the Internet for a good month."
The CTS has been lauded for its multifaceted features and powerful engine .
"Our car is a six-cylinder and has plenty of power," Johnson continued. "Then, too, it gets excellent fuel mileage of about 23 miles to the gallon on the highway. It's safe and reliable; and that is especially important because we baby-sit our grandchild.
"And we loved the lease package offered by the dealership. We're planning to trade the CTS in about two years," she said.
The CTS came equipped with the remote start; navigation and backup camera; XM radio; a voice-activated Bluetooth and wood-grained luxury interior.
"It has every possible option any car could have," Johnson added. "It even has premium wheels. It's simply beautiful. This is very high end at a very fair price."
The Johnsons each said they chose Findlay Cadillac because the business is family owned.
"This is a good, longtime Las Vegas family," Johnson said. "I have known of Cliff Findlay since the days he was playing high school and college basketball. We feel very comfortable getting our car from the Findlay family."
Spencer Johnson concurred adding, "We looked at a lot of vehicles and this one was a very sweet deal. It's comfortable, it's quiet and it runs like a dream. This is an executive car, that's for sure."
The Johnsons also praised their sales consultant Cliff Smith along with dealership finance executive Brian Olsen.
Findlay Cadillac is spearheaded by General Manager John Saksa. The dealership is part of the Findlay Automotive Group founded more than 50 years ago by the late Pete Findlay, whose son, Cliff Findlay, now leads the dealerships .
