DINING: A new look at ramen, football season and new restaurants

  To introduce its new Japanese Chile Beef Ramen, Pei Wei Asian Diner is offering the dish at 50 percent off to anyone who brings in any package of ramen noodles on Wednesday (Sept. 9). The packages will be donated to a food bank, along with a contribution from Pei Wei. Valley locations are at 1311 W. Sunset Road in Henderson, 10830 W. Charleston Blvd. and 10575 S.
