Dunhill Homes, the new owner of Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas, continues to build new homes in the master-planned community combined with amenities available only to residents.
"Rhodes Ranch is truly one of the best values in Southern Nevada," said Taylor Smith, sales agent. "The homes are backed by Dunhill's quality construction and warranty and in some cases are being offered at less than $100 per square foot combined with millions of dollars worth of amenities."
Rhodes Ranch is offering homes in the Fairways collection. Three floor plans, starting at $266,000, range from 2,515 to 2,903 square feet.
"The largest home in this collection is offered at $289,990, which is just $99 per square foot," Smith said.
"Rhodes Ranch includes an award-winning golf course, 35,000-square-foot recreation center, pools, the Fun Zone Water Park and miles of walking trails."
Homes in the collection are available with as many as five bedrooms, kitchen island, walk-in closets and great room.
"One of the top reasons to take another look at The Fairways is an incredible incentive being offered for a limited time," Smith said. "Right now, new home buyers will receive $12,500 for options and upgrades and an additional 3 percent of the homes sale price to be used towards closing costs. The value in closing costs alone could be more than $8,000. If you have been considering a new home at Rhodes Ranch, now is definitely the time."
Options and upgrades that can be used with the incentive include granite countertops, upgraded appliances, upgraded stair railings and upgraded cabinetry.
Among the amenities at Rhodes Ranch is a 35,000-square-foot recreation center available exclusively to residents the R-Club includes an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts and an outdoor pool. The Fun Zone Water Park will open for its summer season next month. Residents can also participate in a variety of group classes including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, total body conditioning and circuit training at the R-Club.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, a par-72 course, was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson and named a best value by Vegas Golfer magazine.
