Dunhill offers incentives on move-in ready homes
Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch community in the southwestern Valley is offering new homebuyers thousands in incentives on homes that can be ready for move-in during September.
"We know every person's style, time frame and budget for a new home is different, so we are providing dozens of different choices to make a Dunhill home in Rhodes Ranch your new home," said Taylor Smith, sales agent.
"Whether you want to make your own choices for upgrades or want a greater savings and quicker move-in, we have an option for you."
For a limited time, Dunhill Homes is giving every new homebuyer at Rhodes Ranch up to 3 percent in closing costs and, at select communities, a free upgraded kitchen package when using the builder's preferred lender.
Dunhill Homes' upgraded kitchen package will include upgrades on kitchen countertops, appliances and kitchen cabinets.
"We are providing slab granite on the kitchen countertops, islands and breakfast bars if the homes have them," Smith said.
"We are also upgrading the appliances and kitchen cabinets to match your kitchen colors. Four beautiful shades are offered to tie in your cabinetry with your personal style.
"And if that isn't enough, Dunhill Homes is giving additional incentives if you choose a home that is in construction," he said.
"There are several floor plans to choose from, with move-ins available as early as September. These residences are offered with upgrades and options that would otherwise cost thousands."
Dunhill Homes offers amenities available exclusively to residents including a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, award winning golf course and water park. It includes an indoor fitness center with weights, cardiovascular equipment, a full-length basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. Group exercise classes are offered every week as well as social activities for children and adults.
Rhodes Ranch is also home to one of the largest water parks in Las Vegas. Now open for the summer season, the Fun Zone Water Park includes a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes. It is complemented by a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures.
Dunhill Homes offers one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,467 to 3,431 square feet with prices starting in the high $100,000s.
