Few Pardee’s Serrano homes still available

A limited number of move-in ready homes remain at Pardee Homes' Serrano neighborhood in the master-planned Mountain's Edge community in southwest Las Vegas.

"The combination of prices from the low $200,000, floor plans with up to six bedrooms and a terrific Mountain's Edge location have all contributed to the success of Serrano," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

Serrano's three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Home sites average 4,675 square feet, and prices start from $209,950.

Among the move-in ready homes is a Plan 2-A, which measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and three-car tandem garage.

Priced at $223,675, the home features granite-slab kitchen countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer paint and a buyer's selection of flooring.

Another move-in ready home is Plan 3-B, which measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den/office, loft and workshop. Priced at $245,296, the home has stainless steel kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and other upgrades.

A move-in ready single-story Plan 1-C measures about 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garage and is priced from $213,575.

The home features granite-slab kitchen countertops, designer interior paint, a water softener, faux wood blinds and a buyer's selection of flooring.

Pardee's LivingSmart homes in Serrano offer standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to Tuvell.

Additionally, Serrano is part of Pardee's New Standard program, in which features such as granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances are included as standard in the price of the home.

To reach Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
