First-time buyers choose condo within Esplanade

First-time buyers, newly married Angela and Geoffrey Lincoln, purchased a condominium at Esplanade by Warmington Homes Nevada.

"Esplanade offered everything we wanted in a home and much more," Angela Lincoln said. "We were immediately attracted to the unique floor plan design and the beauty and functionality of the architecture. And because it was new construction, we were able to customize our home with many of our desired features and upgrades..."

Prices range from the high $100,000s to the low $200,000s. Condominium designs include The Metro Collection and townhomes are represented by The Plaza Collection.

The units feature ceramic-tile flooring in foyers, custom beech cabinetry, solid surface kitchen countertops, mini-blinds and vertical blinds.

Homes at The Metro Collection measure about 894 to 1,381 square feet with one to three bedrooms and up to two baths. Each Metro residence includes an assigned parking space, covered patios and/or balconies.

Homes at The Plaza Collection range from 1,212 to 1,683 square feet and offer up to three bedrooms and three baths, lofts, patios and decks and garages.

Included in the purchase price of the Energy Star-certified homes are energy-conserving features like specialized heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems and Milgard windows with low-emittance glass.

Residents have access to a clubhouse with fitness center, pool and spa with cabana.

To visit, from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on South Durango Drive and travel west on Maule Avenue. The development is on the left.
