Five Summerlin villages offer more than 50 home floor plans

More than 50 home floor plans are selling in five villages within They are The Paseos, The Vistas, Summerlin Centre West, The Mesa and The Canyons.

"Each Summerlin village is carefully planned to incorporate convenience with beauty," said Kevin Orrock, executive vice president of master-planned communities for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin.

Andalusia and Barcelona are selling in The Paseos village. Barcelona by Woodside Homes features two floor plans that are 3,393 and 3,607 square feet and are priced from the mid-$300,000s. Woodside's Andalusia offers three designs ranging from 2,986 to 3,439 square feet, priced from the low $300,000s. Andalusia by Lennar features three designs, ranging from 3,125 to 3,864 square feet with prices starting in the low $400,000s.

KB Home's Kingwood Crest is the final neighborhood in The Vistas village. It features four home models ranging from 2,075 to 2,712 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s.

Homes in four additional neighborhoods are available south of The Vistas village in Summerlin Centre West. West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes, Ville Trieste at West Park by Pulte Homes and Traccia by Toll Brothers. West Park Villas is a townhome neighborhood with three floor plans ranging from 1,556 to 1,674 square feet and priced in the mid-$100,000s. West Park Courtyards features four attached courtyard homes measuring from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet. Prices start in the high $100,000s. Villa Trieste at West Park, a LEED-certified neighborhood, offers four two-story home designs from 1,487 to 1,777 square feet. Prices start in the high $100,000s.

Four floor plans are selling at Traccia in two collections, Huntington and Newport. Designs range from 1,660 to 1,950 square feet. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

The Mesa has seven actively selling neighborhoods, including Adelina by KB Home, Ladera Terrace by Lennar, Ventana Amado and Terraza Amado by Pulte Homes and Amado Ridge and Amado Crest by Richmond American Homes. Adelina offers six floor plans that range from 1,785 to 2,678 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Ladera Terrace features three floor plans measuring from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and priced from the 200,000s. Ventana Amado features three floor plans from 1,810 to 2,100 square feet priced from the low $200,000s. Terraza Amado features three designs ranging from 2,197 to 2,575 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Amado Ridge features four plans measuring from 1,450 to 2,250 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s. Amado Crest features four home models from 1,850 to 3,050 square feet and priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Mira Villa in The Canyons features six luxury midrise, Mediterranean-inspired, single-level condominium floor plans ranging from 2,071 to 3,851 square feet. Prices start in the high $300,000s.
