Harmony introduces models

Capistrano at Vista Cielo by Harmony Homes features two-story homes in a gated community with access to shopping, dining and major thoroughfares. Prices start at $120,000.

Capistrano offers three models with open floor plans, second-story laundry rooms, expanded walk-in closets and optional rooms. Residence Two, which measures 1,462 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, great room and optional loft.

In Residences Three and Four, measuring 1,725 and 1,783 square feet respectively, homebuyers have the option to choose a den or full bedroom downstairs.

In Residence Three, homebuyers can also choose from a master retreat, additional bedroom or loft.

The model homes at Capistrano are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from noon to 5 p.m. Monday. The sales office is located at 5380 Pendergrass St. near the intersection of Losee Road and Craig Road. To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig and exit left. Turn right onto Losee and turn left onto Winder Avenue.
