Harmony unveils Tremezzo

Harmony Homes' Tremezzo at Lake Las Vegas will celebrate its grand opening this weekend. According to Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for Harmony Homes, the gated Henderson neighborhood combines homes along a desert hillside with the relaxed ambience of the resort-style community.

"Tremezzo is located along a hillside and features elevated home sites with fantastic views of both the charming village and the beautiful lake itself," he said.

The community's Tuscan and Spanish style is incorporated into Tremezzo and its three home designs. Residences include a single-story home measuring 2,922 square feet and two two-story designs measuring 3,758 and 4,671 square feet, respectively. Buyers may personalize their homes through multiple design options. Prices start from $348,990.

"They all feature fabulous kitchens with islands, granite countertops, cooktops and built-in ovens, as well as large master bedrooms and luxurious baths," Gorman said.

"The courtyards are functional outdoor living spaces that will be used when entertaining friends, as well as enjoyed in those more quiet moments like relaxing and reading your Sunday paper."

Residents have access to restaurants, boutiques and special events of the nearby MonteLago Village, as well as the marina of the 320-acre Lake Las Vegas. Additionally, Dolce Hotels and Resorts is opening Ravella at Lake Las Vegas, a resort-hotel along the lake in February. A golf club is also located within the community.

Tremezzo is Harmony Homes' second neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas, joining Bella Fiore where residences feature golf course views and measure from 2,307 to 3,959 square feet.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95/93 south to Lake Mead Drive and head east toward Lake Mead. Turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway, proceed through a roundabout and follow the signs. Models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Harmony Homes offers 17 neighborhoods throughout the valley, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 3,959 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.
