Old World scenery and new world architecture creates the hallmark for Dunhill Homes Tuscany Village, in Henderson.
"At Tuscany Village, you have everything at your fingertips, from an award-winning 18-hole golf course to a recreation center that features a full fitness facility, game room and activity classes," sales agent Marietta Manayan said. "Residents feel as though they are living at a resort because there are so many activities and everything is so convenient."
The community features the La Tuscana Recreational Center and the Tuscany Golf Club for its residents use. There are also miles of scenic trails.
Prices at Tuscany Village start at $129,990 with floor plans ranging 1,264 to 2,700 square feet and eight single-story options available.
Layouts are compatible with an active or empty-nester lifestyle, Manayan said.
"Many new-home shoppers come to us searching for a single-story home," Manayan said. "They've told us they want a home that features an expansive layout without a second level so they can have the ease of everything all on one floor."
One of the most popular single-story designs in Tuscany Village is Residence 2683 in the Pesaro collection, according to Manayan.
Residence 2683 includes three bedrooms, a master retreat, three baths, a gourmet cooking island and a three-car split garage. The master retreat can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
"All of the homes at Tuscany Village are built with our residents' needs in mind so they'll enjoy open kitchens, large great rooms, generous bedrooms and breathtaking views," Manayan said. "Moreover, residents can feel safe and secure with their 24-hour guard-gated entrance and roving security.
"The views here are breathtaking, and there's a host of things to see when you're out on the trails," she said. "From different parts of the community you can see the golf course fairways and greens, mountains and the city."
Adding to the benefits of purchasing a new home at Tuscany Village are incentives worth thousands that can be used towards options like upgraded appliances, kitchen cabinets and countertops, according to Manayan.
Dunhill is offering as much as $10,000 in options at its Zanetti collection and $12,500 at its Pesaro collection for each new home purchased, she said.
Buyers can receive up to 3 percent of their home's sale price to be used for closing costs when using the builder's preferred lender, according to Manayan.
"At Tuscany Village, you'll be spoiled with the resort lifestyle and appreciate not paying resort prices," she said. "And unlike other master plans, there are no improvement district fees (special improvement district or local improvement district) to worry about."
