Houston transplants choose Del Webb’s Club at Madeira Canyon for new home in Henderson

Former Houston residents, Sandy Martinez-Fulton and her husband, Keith Fulton, said they could not be happier with the home and community they found at Del Webb's Club at Madeira Canyon.

She said they drove through the community first, discovered a home site that was "beyond anything we had seen before" and then proceeded to the sales pavilion.

"It was a home site with an unobstructed view from Mt. Charleston, clear across the Las Vegas Valley to the Black Mountain Range and over the Sloan Canyon Preserve," she said.

The couple chose the Firenze design, the largest home design offered at The Club. The two-story home features five bedrooms and 51/2 baths, with two lofts, great room, living room, dining room, study/computer room and about 4,817 square feet.

"The Firenze is perfect for who we are," Martinez-Fulton said. "It is a large luxurious home with balconies in the front and rear, wonderful open living areas, spacious bedrooms and so many features you would generally expect to find only in a custom home. It offers a wonderful living environment for the two of us, plus has the extra space we need when our children and friends visit from out of town. Everything about it works just right for us.

Follow the signs to the model park.
