In the tank for Reid II

A picture of Sen. Harry Reid and Review-Journal ad exec Bob Brown was peddled by Democratic operatives to friendly newspapers and websites this morning (see below). The pitch? Because Bob is smiling it proves -- proves! -- that when Harry told Bob he hopes the Review-Journal goes out of business it was only a joke.

Sun Columnist Jon Ralston, the friendliest of the friendly in the Reid tank, dutifully ran the picture on his blog today.

Only one problem: Reid made the comment AFTER the picture was taken. Link here for the real story.
