KB’s Adelina neighborhood opens in Summerlin
Adelina by KB Home is the newest neighborhood to open in the master-planned community of Summerlin. The single-family home neighborhood, located in The Mesa village, offers six one- and two-story home floor plans that range from 1,785 to 2,678 square feet. Homes feature as many as five bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths and a two-car garage.
Several custom upgrades and floor plan options are available to new homebuyers, including a downstairs bedroom and three-car garage. Standard upgrades include 9-foot, first-floor ceilings, granite kitchen countertops, patio covers and paver driveways and walkways.
All homes are NV Energy Plus certified and meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star guidelines. Prices start in the $200,000s.
Adelina is one of four new-home neighborhoods that recently opened in Summerlin, all of which are performing well, according to Kevin Orrock, executive vice president of master-planned communities for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin.
"Home sales in the first quarter of 2012 have exceeded expectations," he said. "We attribute this success to the growing number of new-home neighborhoods, Summerlin's well-established reputation and long list of amenities, low interest rates and improving economic conditions. We love welcoming more Southern Nevadans to Summerlin."
Similar to other Summerlin neighborhoods, Adelina is close to parks, trails, schools and retail centers.
The Mesa Park, Summerlin's newest major community park, is within walking distance from Adelina. The 19-acre park features three Little League baseball fields (one with a concession stand), lighted tennis and basketball courts, a tot lot area and picnic ramadas.
Adelina's sales office is at 10330 Turia Gardens Road. From the Las Vegas Beltway, exit westbound at Russell Road, turn right on Cascante Road, right on Badalona Road, left on Spanish Valor Road and right on Turia Gardens Road.
