Lennar event gets America moving

Lennar Homes has pledged to keep America moving as the builder launches its "Let's Get America Moving" program.

The new home sales event is part of a summer sales drive that starts today at Lennar neighborhoods across the Las Vegas Valley.

"Renters and other first-time buyers have been especially enthusiastic because this program gives them the opportunity to enjoy the many advantages of homeownership," said Jeff Galindo, vice president of sales for Lennar Las Vegas.

"Not only do we have these incredible financing offers through Universal American Mortgage Co., our pricing and included features create unparalleled value for our customers."

The event features extended hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and offers buyers a choice between two value-specific programs for home buyers looking for a low fixed rate of 3.5 percent for the first year, 4.5 percent fixed for the second year, and 5.5 percent (5.99 percent APR) fixed for life.

The second program offers nine months of no mortgage principal and interest payments.

"Lennar's 'Let's Get America Moving' program has indeed moved a significant number of customers into new homes with our very attractive financing packages through UAMC," Galindo said.

"This special financing through UAMC has been highly popular and the remaining amount available is definitely limited. Buyers need to strike while the iron is hot. The program offer is available on select homes at select neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, Galindo said.
