Lennar extends financial incentives in Inventory Sale

Lennar is spring cleaning with its Inventory Sale through May 20.

The promotional event offers special financing with payments at $807.40 for the first year through Universal American Mortgage Co.

Rates begin at 2.5 percent the first year, 3.5 percent for the second year and 4.5 percent (5.37 percent APR) for the balance of the term, according to Harriett Hines, Lennar new home consultant.

During the sale, the builder will also cover the closing costs and offer other financial incentives, according to Hines.

Lennar homebuyers have many choices to personalize their home.

Homebuyers can select the type of granite kitchen countertops and the stain of the extra-tall, raised-panel maple cabinetry as options.

"And who doesn't enjoy the luxury of being able to paint and decorate your home to your personal style?" added Hines.

The builder's Everything's Included program provides many upgrades that are included in the price of the home.

Lennar homes offer low-energy, dual-pane, vinyl windows, radiant-barrier roof sheeting, improved insulation and dual flush toilets.

The all-new Lennar Home Automation System also comes with the home at no additional cost.

It allows homeowners lock doors, turn on lights and control other functions of their home with their smartphones.

Lennar is building 15 communities in the greater Las Vegas area.

Homes measure from 1,200 to 5,000 square feet, and have as many as six bedrooms.

They are priced from the $100,000s to the $400,000s.
