Lennar offers host of options in North Las Vegas

Lennar's Fox Hollow and Rancho d'Oro neighborhoods in North Las Vegas feature parks, walking paths and children's playgrounds. Prices start from the $200,000s.

The homes of Fox Hollow range from 1,646 to 2,695 square feet with one single-story design and three two-story floor plans with four bedrooms and up to three baths. Models include the 1,646-square-foot, single-level Dakota with four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage; the two-story Big Sky with 2,695 square feet, four bedrooms and three baths; and the 2,709-square-foot Colorado with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

The Colorado's main floor features a formal living and dining room separated from the family room and kitchen by a partial wall with cutout detailing. The kitchen includes a food-preparation island, walk-in pantry with double doors and an informal dining nook with sliding doors that opens to the home's covered patio.

Across the park is Rancho d'Oro with pool-size home sites that average 4,500 square feet. The neighborhood offers paver-stone walkways and driveways and exteriors detailed by decorative pop-outs, two-tone paint schemes and stone trim accents on select elevations. The homes range from the single-level Joya with 1,665 square feet to the two-story Brillante with 2,862 square feet.

The three bedrooms in the Joya model have a recessed courtyard a turret-designed entry that opens into a great room. The living area features a media niche, fireplace, dining and an L-shaped chef's kitchen with a pantry and a food-preparation island with bar-counter seating. The master suite is located at the back of the home with a French door opening out to a patio.

The Brillante residence at Rancho d'Oro includes four bedrooms, a bonus room and three baths. The home offers both formal and informal living space on the main floor which also includes a large bedroom and full bath.

The home's second story includes a bonus room with media niche, two additional bedrooms and the master suite. A double-door entry opens into the master bedroom. The master bath features separate cultured marble sinks, garden tub backed by bay windows, a separate double-sized shower stall and two large, separate walk-in closets.

Each home incudes no-extra-cost Lennar upgrades, which include stainless-steel appliances such as the over-the-range microwave, gas range, built-in dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. The upgraded kitchens feature granite countertops and raised-panel oak cabinetry with upper-crown molding. Also included are upgraded washer and dryer and full window coverings.

Both neighborhoods are Energy Star-certified and feature extensive prewiring for telephone, cable and ceiling fans and structured CAT-5E high-tech wiring. Also included is the automatic garage door opener with two remotes and soft water loop pre-plumbing.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Losee Road, then go north on Losee to Lone Mountain Road or West Washburn Road and follow the signs.
