Lennar opens Sage Creek in north

Sage Creek, Lennar's newest neighborhood in North Las Vegas, features two-story homes with floor plans that range from 1,760 to 2,152 square feet, priced from the $200,000s.

Sage Creek is located just north of East Lone Mountain Road at North Bruce Street, less than two miles west of Interstate 15.

Standard amenities include granite kitchen countertops, quality stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker, raised-panel oak cabinetry, 2-inch faux wood blinds and an upgraded washer and dryer.

Lennar designs home interiors with upgraded plumbing and lighting fixtures that are coordinated throughout the home, Zoot said. Sage Creek designs include floor plans with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garages.

The three-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot Santa Inez and the four-bedroom, 2,152-square-foot San Rafael both feature great-room floor plans and a loft area on the second floor that can be used as a computer center.

Each home also features a recessed or pop-out media niche and a standard gas fireplace in the main living area.

When complete, Sage Creek will have a park with two playgrounds, trails and two gazebos, among other recreational amenities.
