Lennar polishes newest neighborhood offerings — Diamond Point, Diamond Creek

Lennar is offering two new neighborhoods within the northern portion of the Las Vegas Valley and in the southwestern valley.
Priced from the $300,000s, the builder's Diamond Point neighborhood within the new North Las Vegas at Ann Road and North 5th Street, offers large home sites from 6,000 square feet up to 10,000 square feet. New model homes opened in April to illustrate interior design amenities that are a part of Lennar's Everything you want, everything you need principle, with each model featuring coordinated appliances, including refrigerator, washer and dryer that are featured as standard amenities at the community.
"There is no guesswork," said Kyle McGuire, Lennar senior construction manager for Diamond Point. "At Diamond Point, the models clearly show the included features -- the plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, countertops and even the included lighting fixtures -- all of the no-extra-cost features that our home buyers can expect to find in their own new home on moving day." The neighborhood includes five single-level and two-story home designs that range from 1,912 to more than 3,100 square feet.
The new model homes include the single-level Laguna with 2,201 square feet, the two-story Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet and the Beverly Hills with 3,128 square feet. Two additional floor plans are the 1,913-square-foot, single-level Newport and the two-story San Francisco featuring 2,742 square feet. Floor plans offer from three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, with all designs, except the Newport, including a three-car garage. Features such as fireplaces, media niches and porch entries are standard for all Diamond Point floor plans.
Located within the Mountain's Edge master plan in the valley's southwest, the Diamond Creek neighborhood offers home designs beginning from 1,384 to 1,872 square feet. "These homes are gems," continued McGuire, "with great design and style that maximizes every square foot. We thought they were so special we even named the models after the most beautiful diamond cuts -- the Baguette, Emerald, Princess and Marquise floor plans ..."
Composed of two-story designs, the homes include three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages.
Also priced from the $300,000s, the homes are Energy Star-certified.
Welcome Home Center hours for these neighborhoods are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m. To visit Diamond Point, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road, exit west to North 5th Street, turn north to Ann Road and right on Ann Road to the neighborhood.
