Lennar to hold grand opening of model homes

Lennar is holding a grand opening of its model homes at Westminster in the master-planned community of Providence today and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone is invited for a free barbecue lunch, the chance to enter to win a $1,000 Pottery Barn gift card and tour the professionally decorated Pottery Barn and West Elm models.

Home shoppers will have the opportunity to learn about Lennar's all-new 2011 Everything's Included package being offered in all Westminster homes.

Located in the gated Providence community in the northwest, the five floor plans are priced from the $200,000s and range from 2,544 to 3,166 square feet with three to five bedrooms and three-car garages.

The Tustin Plan, decorated by West Elm, is a single-story home offering up to four bedrooms and three baths.

The Sausalito Plan, decorated by Pottery Barn, is a two-story home with four bedrooms and 3½ baths including a downstairs master bedroom. The community also offers three other distinctive floor plans to choose from including a single-story home and two-story home with a downstairs bedroom.

"Westminster is in a great community and offers an incredible open floor plan," said Scott Fieux, a recent Westminster buyer.

According to Ashley Max, marketing coordinator for Lennar Las Vegas, the brand-new Everything's Included promotion was designed to offer money-saving green technology, designer features and low financing through Lennar's preferred lender.

Keeping in line with Lennar's Everything's Included program, the homes feature kitchens with islands, GE appliances, granite slab kitchen countertops and a selection of upgraded cabinetry at no extra cost. In addition, many of the homes have backyards with pool space and side yards to use for an RV or boat space.

Lennar will also be introducing the all-new Home Automation by Schlage, which gives homeowners the opportunity to lock and unlock doors, turn on lights and adjust the thermostat with their smart phone included in the promotion.

The Westminster neighborhood is the second of three grand openings by Lennar. Lennar celebrated the grand opening of Windsor Hill Estates in the northwest last weekend. Lennar will hold the grand opening of Coronado Hills neighborhood Feb. 12 and 13. The five brand-new floor plans will offer one- and two-story homes ranging from 2,765 to 3,897 square feet and three-car garages.

Lennar will be giving away a $1,000 Pottery Barn gift card at each of the grand opening events. To enter to win, register at any Lennar Welcome Home Center valley wide through Feb. 13.

Lennar has two other neighborhoods available in the Providence master-planned community with some homes available for immediate move-in. Arbor Ridge's plans range from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Hampton Glen's designs measure from 1,660 to 2,160 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and as many as 2½ baths.

To reach the neighborhood from Interstate 215, exit Hualapai Way north, go West onto Elkhorn Road. Elkhorn will end at Egan Crest, turn right, proceed through the gates into neighborhood on the right. Westminster is located at 7233 Great Dover St. The sales office is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
