Lennar to open neighborhood

Lennar is celebrating the grand opening of Windsor Hill Estates today and Sunday. The weekend's festivities will include a free barbecue lunch, the official launch of Lennar's all-new 2011 Everything's Included package and a $1,000 Pottery Barn gift card sweepstakes. The opening will be held 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Windsor Hill Estates will feature four floor plans including a brand-new, single-story plan measuring 4,310 square foot with five bedrooms and a 5,287-square-foot, two-story home, with dual master bedrooms and a theater room.

Nestled behind private entry gates in the northwestern area, these single-family residences range from 3,911 to 5,287 square feet and each features four to six bedrooms, as many as 4¼ baths and three-car garage.

Varying per plan, the homes feature kitchens with food preparation islands, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops and a selection of upgraded cabinetry. In addition, many of the homes are situated on large half-acre home sites and offer a deluxe RV parking package complete with power source and clean out area. Pricing for these homes is anticipated to begin from the high $300,000s.

The Windsor Hill Estates neighborhood is the first of three grand openings that Lennar plans to hold this year. All three new neighborhoods are a part of Lennar's Everything's Included program.

According to Ashley Max, marketing coordinator for Lennar Las Vegas, the Everything's Included promotion offers green technology, designer features and low financing through Lennar's preferred lender.

"We are incredibly proud of the Windsor community and interest in these homes has been running extremely high, because of the low price," Max said.

Lennar will be celebrating the grand opening of Westminster at Providence the last weekend of this month. The five floor plans will offer as many as five bedrooms and up to 3,166 square feet.

Located in Henderson, Lennar will also open Coronado Hills community Feb. 12 and 13. These five brand-new floor plans will offer one and two-story homes ranging from 2,765 to 3,897 square feet with three-car garages.

Lennar will be giving away a $1,000 Pottery Barn gift card at each of the three grand opening events. To enter to win, register at any Lennar Welcome Home Center in the Las Vegas Valley through Feb. 13.
