Lennar touts floor plans at Summit Ridge neighborhood in Henderson

Lennar offers single- and two-story floor plans in its Summit Ridge neighborhood in Henderson.

Home sites average 40 feet- by-100 feet and houses are set back 15 to 18 feet back from the street, sales agent John Kozich said.

Lennar offers a number of interior amenities at no additional cost, Kozich said.

"Everything you need is already included," he said. "All of the kitchens come standard with granite countertops, and upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including the refrigerator."

The base price for a Summit Ridge home also includes full window coverings, a washer and dryer, volume 9-foot ceilings, ceramic-tile entries and raised-panel doors, he said.

"Pretty impressive amenities considering these are single-family detached homes with bottom-line prices from the $200,000s," he said.

The gated neighborhood offers homes ranging from 1,270 to 2,458 square feet and featuring three to four bedrooms, two to 21/2 baths and two-car garages.

Floor plans include a single-story design, the Bluff, with 1,270 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The home features a formal living room with a dining room backed by bay windows. The dining room is open to the U-shaped kitchen that features bar-counter seating.

Two-story floor plans range from 1,615 to 2,458 square feet with three to four bedrooms, up to 21/2 baths and two-car garages. The Cliff is a split-level floor plan with 1,615 square feet, three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage. The first floor features two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room and under-stairwell storage area. The second floor features the main living areas and master suite.

The Cliff includes a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with bar-counter seating. The living area overlooks the tiled entry and staircase.

The 1,959-square-foot Canyon model features three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. The open design offers a porch entry with formal living and dining rooms. The second level features the master suite and a catwalk to the additional bedrooms that overlooks the living area below.

The two-story Ridge model features four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,092 square feet.

The largest home, the Summit, has four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,458 square feet.

The Ridge and the Summit floor plans both feature a large, open landing or hallway area on the second floor that offers space to add a desk or computer center, Kozich said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 93/95, exit at Sunset Road, turn east to Gibson Road, then north on Gibson and go two blocks to Galleria Way, turn east and proceed two blocks to the neighborhood.
