Lennar’s Lexington Park neighborhood offers homes within North Las Vegas

Lennar's recently opened Lexington Park neighborhood in North Las Vegas offers four new residences priced from the $200,000s. Some homes are available for December or January move-in, according to the builder.

Home designs offer from 1,531 to 1,907 square feet with a choice of one single-story floor plan and three two-story plans. The layouts provide three to four bedrooms and up to 21/2 baths. When complete, Lexington Park will include a neighborhood park with covered tot lot, exercise equipment, picnic tables, barbecue, bocce ball area and a turf dog park.

Home exteriors are enhanced by paverstone walkways and driveways. The water-smart neighborhood also provides professional front and backyard landscaping, soft-water loop and automatic garage door opener with remotes.

Interior design elements include a number of upgrades at no extra cost. Every home features stainless-steel kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, along with full window coverings and a washer and dryer.

The residences feature covered porch entries and open great-room designs that keep walls to a bare minimum. The Energy Star-certified homes save homeowners on power bills while helping protect the environment.

The two-story San Carlos includes a tech loft and island kitchen with bar-counter seating. The 1,539-square-foot, single-story Palos Verdes is highlighted by a covered patio with a French door opening from the master suite and from the great room. The two-story Los Altos has a dining room accented by bay windows with the master suite on the second floor.

The Casa del Oro, at 1,907 square feet, is the largest floor plan. The home is highlighted by a kitchen with wraparound bar counter and pantry. The second floor provides a tech loft with built-in desk and storage.
