This year's tournament will benefit The First Tee and The Danny Gans Junior Golf Academy's various programs designed for youth.
"For many years, we have admired Danny Gans' commitment to raising money for The First Tee and we are honored to host this tournament at DragonRidge for the first time," developer of MacDonald Highlands, Rich MacDonald, said.
"As one of the most extraordinary private courses in the valley, we are confident that players in this tournament will have an incredible golfing experience and they will want to come back year after year to support such a great cause."
The cornerstone of MacDonald Highlands, DragonRidge Country Club, created by noted golf course architects Jay Morrish and David Druzisky, features a private 18-hole championship golf course and a 44,000- square-foot clubhouse.
With wide fairways, large greens and at least four tees on each hole, DragonRidge was designed to keep the game interesting and challenging for players of all skill levels.
MacDonald Highlands is located at the intersection of Valle Verde Drive and Horizon Ridge Parkway.
