Mistaking tolerance for political correctness

My Sunday column in the Review-Journal, "Call Evil By It's Rightful Name -- It's terrorism, Mr. PC President" sparked an excellent debate over the weekend, both on the Review-Journal's website and within my Facebook community. Real Clear Politics also picked up the piece.

Many thanks to those who participated.

The piece next to mine on Real Clear Politics featured an opposing point of view by Errol Louis of the N.Y. Daily News. If you have not seen it, take a look. Doesn't make much sense to me, but it's worth the read anyway, if for no other reason than to see first-hand how tolerance is often mistaken for political correctness in the debate over public safety in this Age of Terrorism.
