Montclaire homes can house 6 bedrooms

Pardee Homes' gated Montclaire neighborhood features seven floor plans, including three plans that can be built with as many as six bedrooms and a Henderson location that is near to established retail, restaurants, schools, houses of worship and medical facilities, including St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena campus.

Montclaire's seven floor plans range from 2,368 square feet to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Prices currently start from $273,950 at the neighborhood, located just off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

According to Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell, a limited number of homes at Montclaire are currently available for immediate move-in or move-in by the end of the year.

Among the move-in ready homes currently offered is a Plan 4-C that measures 3,643 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, bonus room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint, radiant barrier, low-e window and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $368,375.

Scheduled for October completion is a Plan 2-B at Montclaire that measures 2,768 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, den, loft and downstairs bedroom suite.

The home is priced at $318,150 and includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint, five-speaker theater package, radiant barrier and buyer's selection of flooring.

Scheduled for November completion at Montclaire is a Plan 3-C, which measures 3,245 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, bonus room, guest bedroom suite downstairs, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint, deck with glass sliding doors off the master bedroom, home theater prewiring, radiant barrier and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $347,175.
