New plan debuts at Shea Homes at Ardiente

The good life just got better in Las Vegas. Shea Homes at Ardiente, a resort-style community by builder Trilogy by Shea Homes, is unveiling a new floor plan from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Sunday.

The event will also showcase several quick-move-in designer homes. In honor of Oktoberfest, homebuyers will be treated to beer tastings in Shea’s model park as they peruse the new homes.

For those familiar with Ardiente, this new floor plan will come as no surprise. The Nice floor plan has been popular among homebuyers at Trilogy and Shea Homes communities across the country and has always hit the right note of indoor/outdoor living.

This weekend, Ardiente is revealing the Nice with an added bonus. Today, Oktoberfest guests will get a first look at an addition to the Nice: the loft option.

The loft option becomes a second story to the historically one-story plan. At the top of the stairs, the plan opens into the loft area, and features space for a secondary office, a playroom or an extra space for entertaining.

This space can also become the home’s fourth bedroom. The option includes a full bedroom and bathroom, rounding out the home’s ability to entertain friends and family comfortably and easily.

Homebuyers ready for a change of address sooner rather than later can tour Ardiente’s quick move-in designer homes, a selection of several of Ardiente’s best designs. Each designer home features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, upgraded flooring and fixtures, and premier landscape packages.

“The team and I have been gearing up for Oktoberfest, and we can’t wait to unveil our newest floor plan to homebuyers,” General Manager Kyle Tibbitts said. “We’ve received incredible feedback on the design already and this weekend is its first public reveal. We’re anticipating a great turnout and invite the public to come discover what the good life is all about firsthand.”

All of Ardiente’s new homes are also SheaXero — No Electric Bill Homes, which save homeowners up to $3,000 a year on their electric bills thanks to a powerful solar power system and energy-efficient features that drastically cut each home’s carbon footprint on the environment.

With SheaXero’s savings, these advanced homes clear the path for homeowners to invest their time and money to enhance their lives doing what they love.

Ardiente’s amenities include a 20,000-square-foot contemporary club featuring two pools, a fitness center, lighted tennis courts lined for pickle ball, boccie courts, chipping and putting greens, billiards room, game room and business center.
