Nevada State Bank named Rick Duncan social media coordinator and Ling Yu marketing project manager. A recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Duncan will be responsible for the daily execution of the bank’s social and online strategies in addition to digital special projects. Yu is a seasoned bank marketing colleague with more than 12 years of marketing expertise and planning.
Members Auto Brokerage, a subsidiary of Clark County Credit Union, named Brittni Martinez sales representative. Martinez previously worked for the credit union as a financial services representative. In her capacity, Martinez will be working with customers to determine their automotive needs as well as assisting with the loan process.

Samuel P. McMullen and George A. Ross joined the Las Vegas office of Porter Gordon Silver, a full-service government affairs and strategic business consulting company. McMullen, who will join Gordon Silver Ltd. as a shareholder, concentrates his practice in governmental law, strategic positioning, lobbying and political strategy. Ross has more than 35 years of experience with business, financial, legislative and governmental and public policy issues.

Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Residential’s Nevada division, has been promoted to vice president of corporate marketing for the Warmington group of companies. Thill oversees the in-house advertising agency, manages marketing functions and is responsible for the marketing oversight of the Warmington group’s apartment portfolio in Nevada and California.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank promoted Ben Millis and Curt Allsop to managing director. Millis has completed transactions valued at more than $150 million and has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Allsop has more than 25 years of commercial and residential land acquisition and development experience. Since joining the company in 2008, he and his team have sold approximately $500 million of land and multifamily properties.
MEDIA
Nevada Public Radio promoted Florence Rogers to president and CEO. Rogers joined NVPR in 2001 as program director. Since becoming general manager in 2007, she has expanded the organization’s offerings to include broadcast, digital and print mediums. She oversees operations at two stations, News 88.9 KNPR and Classical 89.7 KCNV, the monthly magazine Desert Companion as well as the not-for-profit’s flagship public affairs program KNPR’s State of Nevada, which she co-founded in 2003. Rogers is in her third year of serving as elected member-director, where she helps set policies and overall direction for the nearly 600 frequencies operated by 270-plus member stations nationwide and 17 bureaus worldwide. She is also the chair of Leadership Las Vegas, a program of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce.
