BNY Mellon hired Chad Maze and David Dasari for its wealth management group’s U.S. Markets — West division. Maze leads business development efforts; Dasari serves as senior portfolio manager.

Clark County Credit Union named Ashlee Zindash loan operations representative.

Ashley McDowell, a certified physician assistant, joined HealthCare Partners Medical Group. McDowell will see patients at the Calvada Primary Care facility at 1501 E. Calvada Blvd. in Pahrump.

LAW

Holland & Hart named Melissa Beutler partner. At age 31, Beutler is the firm’s youngest partner. She was named to the inaugural edition of Benchmark Litigation’s Top 200 Women in U.S. Litigation.

NATIONAL SECURITY

Dr. Charles R. “Chip” Martin was named nuclear operations director for National Security Technologies LLC. He will be responsible for technical leadership and management of nuclear safety and facilities at the Nevada National Security Site.

The Dress for Success Southern Nevada board of directors named officers for 2014: Shelli Ryan will continue to serve as chairwoman; Amy E. S. Trosper Communications LLC promoted Savannah McBride to public relations director. She’ll oversee the firm’s public safety, business-to-business and energy sector clients. Before her promotion, McBride was an assistant account executive for one year and an account executive for two years.

Golf Summerlin named Donny Long golf director and Shane Sanchez head golf professional and tournament director. Long oversees Golf Summerlin’s operations and activities; Sanchez handles tournament marketing and bookings.

Liz Caputo joined McDonald’s Corp. As area real estate manager within the Rocky Mountain Region, she is responsible for strategic growth plans and retail-site acquisitions for the Las Vegas Valley.
