Pacific Southwest releases Tuscan Cliffs home sites

Home sites measuring as much as a half-acre, including many elevated above street level, have become available at Tuscan Cliffs, a guard-gated neighborhood of customizable homes in the Southern Highlands master-planned community, according to sales agent Rob Evon.

"This is the first time we have released elevated home sites above street level, including some that are about 14 feet higher than neighboring sites," Evon said. "In addition, we are offering private cul-de-sac locations and other unique home sites that back up to the Southern Highlands Golf Club and located adjacent to the mountains, which will offer unobstructed views."

Buyers may choose the floor plan to be built on their selected home site. More than 50 configurations in architecture and design allow further customization.

A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned for the Tuscan Cliffs enclave.

Four two-story models are open for tours at the neighborhood. In their base configurations, floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.

Each of the homes is designed for a high level of customization, allowing residents to add a range of spaces and features as they see fit.

Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Prices range from $1.05 million to $1.1 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m.

The sales office phone number is 228-8559 or visit pacificsouthwest.com.
